Kevin Tennyson is a graduate student pursuing a master's degree in Ocean Engineering. He has a BA in Mathematics and Physics from St. Mary's College of Maryland and an MS in the Physics of Oceans and Atmospheres from Oregon State University. He commissioned within the NOAA Commissioned Officer Corps in 2017 and has served as a junior officer on NOAAS Fairweather and as the Officer in Charge of Navigation Response Team Bay Hydro II.
