Larry Mayer to Chair U.S. Arctic Research Commission

President Biden has appointed CCOM director Larry Mayer as chairperson of the U.S. Arctic Research Commission (USARC). USARC is an independent federal agency that advises the President and Congress on Arctic research. Larry was previously appointed to the USARC in 2016.
